Pankaj is the Founder of Elderly Care India, which is a free online resource and knowledge sharing initiative committed to bridge the gap in the Senior Care sector in India and a resource platform for best practices on Eldercare across the Globe.
Pankaj has over 3 decades of experience in Project Management, Strategic Planning and Business Development across the NGO, Telecom and Hospitality sectors. He also serves as an Honorary Advisor with multiple organizations and NGOs.
He made a conscious career move from Private Sector to the NGO / Development Sector in the year 2005. He has 21 years' experience in the Elderly Care / Aged Care / Long Term Care domain and 11 years in the corporate sector.
He is a strong supporter for the need to care for people with Dementia / Alzheimer's.
Has served leading organizations like HelpAge India, ICICI Prudential, Tata Teleservices, Vodafone, Tata Cellular, BPL Mobile etc.
MBA with specialization in Marketing from Bangalore University and Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) from WGSHA (Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal).
